Stone quarry in Wallonie

Today I visit with two friends of mine, Karen Meirsman and Annouk Thys,  a stone quarry in Wallonie. It was very beautiful. I had never been to a stone quarry (steengroeve). I will use some of the calcareous sand for one my graduation projects (the sand is the leftover of the calcareous sandstone, common applications are rubble stone, corner, voussoir, window and door sill).
